  2. Does the transfer of business trigger organisational changes?
  3. Which employed persons are to be assigned to the operation(s)?
  4. Are the persons employed genuine employees?
  5. Is there a works council?
  6. Does the transfer of business affect the works council?
  7. Will there be a change of collective agreement?
  8. Are there company agreements? If so, are these relevant for the transfer of the business?
  9. Are company pension commitments affected by the transition?
  10. Should existing employment relationships be terminated before the transfer of business?
