In the three analysis areas of customer satisfaction (through customer reviews on the Internet), transparency (through website analysis) and responsiveness (through mystery mailing), we were able to achieve outstanding results of 93% in the lawyers’ professional group. The ÖGVS has examined numerous highly qualified professional groups in a large-scale, unannounced study. The aim is to provide private and corporate clients with guidance when choosing a service provider. The study was based on 6,371 freelancers and companies.

The “Austria’s Leading Professionals” award is only given to self-employed people and companies that have achieved outstanding performance in all areas of analysis. This was less than 5% of the professional groups examined and we are delighted that we were able to impress in this independent analysis (10/2023).
