In the three analysis areas of customer satisfaction (through customer reviews on the Internet), transparency (through website analysis) and responsiveness (through mystery mailing), we were able to achieve outstanding results of 93% in the professional group of lawyers. The ÖGVS has examined numerous highly qualified occupational groups in a large-scale, unannounced study. The aim is to provide private and corporate customers with guidance when selecting a service provider. The study was based on 3,200 freelancers and companies.

The “Austria’s Leading Professionals 2025” award is only given to self-employed people and companies that have achieved outstanding performance in all areas of analysis. This was only around 9% of the occupational groups examined and we are delighted that we were once again able to impress in this independent analysis.
